RSA interlinks its own machines to other brand installations

„Production must be highly flexible and economical." This is not new. However, it is particularly important that the existing machines are expandable so that they can be problem-free adapted to new demands. RSA has realized for its sawing centers this high degree of flexibility. Every processing step is an independent module flexible in every respect. This means that the option for further machines is virtually incorporated, e.g. for the deburring, facing and chamfering, the 100 % control of fixed lengths or of roundness, the cleaning and drying or stacking which can be integrated into the line at any time.

Apart from this RSA has specialized in modernising existing processing equipment. Each RSA module can be problem-free linked to a machine of other brand. In this way existing cutting systems or production lines can be prepared for new tasks by linking them directly to RSA machines. As a result investment costs get reduced, while sustainability of production is secured.
