With deep sorrow we have to announce that our Managing Director and Shareholder, Mr. Rainer Schmidt, Dipl. Ing., passed away totally unexpectedly on May 5th, 2009. We lose a genius who founded and managed the company RSA with ideas, commitment, willpower and foresight. People with their interests and needs have always been the focus for Rainer Schmidt - the essential reason for the trustworthy relationship with our customers and business partners.

The foresight of Rainer Schmidt continues to have an effect for the future of our company. Aware of the fact that a life can be finished abruptly, he has organized the succession regarding the continued future of the company. Thus last year, Rainer Schmidt sold the majority of his company shares to a financially strong German investor. Already two years ago, he strengthened the company management. Management, employees and new associates form a team which will continue to lead the company into the future, for the common success of our business partners and RSA - in the spirit of the company's founder Rainer Schmidt.
