RSA Circular brushes with crimped RSA special wire achieve wire tensile strengths of up to 3.000 N/mm². They are characterized by a high impact resistance (number of bends before breaking). The required self-sharpening effect is achieved due to scale-like breaking of the tips.
Further features are a high alignment density, a safety holder for high rotational speeds, even rotation for the entire lifetime and a surface attuned to specifically to the task.
crimped Circular brushes made by RSA guarantee long lifetimes and short processing times and are designed for light and medium hard to hard brushing tasks. They are flexible and aggressive and can be used in working widths between 5 and 600 mm, depending on the task.
