RASAFAS XY is the optimal solution for tubes of up to 80 mm diameter. Thanks to exact positioning by means of NC-axles, only a low allowance is necessary for the cutting operation. Interior and exterior chamfering and facing of tubes in one work process 

The encapsulated chamfering area makes sure the swarf are removed safely, and they are continuously removed via a conveyor  into a swarf container and can thus easily be collected and disposed of. 

Thanks to the RSA quick-connect system, the easily accessible chamfering heads can be replaced easily.  Automatic calibration to the parameters assigned by the separator system is possible. 

RASAFAS XY can be easily integrated into any production line.  It can be linked to any separator system and is characterised by smooth work piece transfer to the downstream machines.
