Service, according to the RSA philosophy, means help at the right time. This means taking all the measures in-house to be able to immediately help you, our customer, in the event a problem arises with one of our machines.

In the first stage, our service technician analyses the problem, circles it and, in most cases, immediately suggests a solution. This is done particularly efficiently via remote access. For this purpose, we have worldwide online access to all our machines.


If a spare part is needed, we send it directly or replace it ourselves. A factory-trained and experienced team of service technicians and programmers is available to you at any time.
