Service, according to the RSA philosophy, means help at the right time. This means taking all the measures in-house to be able to immediately help you, our customer, in the event a problem arises with one of our machines.
During the first step our service technician will analyse the problem, narrows it down, and may promptly propose a solution. If this doesn't work, a remote status query will be run. For this purposes we have global online access to all of our machines.
If a spare part is actually needed, we will send it directly or replace it ourselves. We have loaded service vehicles and ample technicians on hand. Our service technicians are even prepared in the even of a failure outside the core working hours.
